Yes! We offer jewelry-making classes at our store for both adults and kids.
Classes are available Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Most classes last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
Tools and materials needed for the class are provided, and students also receive 10% off their first in-store purchase.
Classes are scheduled directly with the instructor. Contact us and we’ll be happy to provide the instructor’s information and help you find the right class for you.

At our Main Store, you can drop off your jewelry for repair. Depending on our current workload, repairs may not be completed the same day.At our Sunshine Flea Market location, some repairs may be completed while you wait, depending on the type of repair and how busy our jewelry specialist is at the time.Repair prices vary depending on the type of work, materials needed, length, and any additional components required.
Can’t visit us in person? Contact us about mail-in repairs. We can repair your piece and ship it back to you.ked question
ORDERS
Orders are processed within approximately 3–5 business days before shipment.
Delivery time within the United States will depend on the shipping method and destination. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, and customs processing.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package.
Once your shipping label is created, a tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number provided with your order. You can use the tracking number to follow your package directly through the shipping carrier. If you created an account on our website, you may also be able to view your order and tracking information from your account.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, weight, and available shipping service.
Orders over $100 qualify for FREE standard shipping within the United States.
For orders under $100, available shipping options and prices will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Additional shipping charges may apply to certain destinations or services.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

ABOUT OUR MATERIALS
All of our gemstones are natural stones. Because they are natural materials, slight variations in color, pattern, shape, and size may occur from piece to piece, making each item unique.
Our charms and findings are primarily made of brass with 18K gold plating.
Because they are plated pieces, we recommend keeping them away from water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals to help preserve the finish for as long as possible.
